HIV诊断试剂的发展 被引量：15

摘要 1985年,第1种HIV抗体检测试剂问世,在10多年的时间内,HIV血清学检测方法有了长足的进展,目前已经发展到第4代试剂.回顾HIV检测方法发展的历程,可以看出,AIDS防治的需要是诊断试剂发展的动力,如:为了保证输血安全,试剂的敏感性不断提高,窗口期显著缩短、输血传播HIV的危险性大幅度下降.另一方面,对HIV感染和病毒学认识的不断深入以及分子生物学技术的进步也是HIV诊断试剂发展的前提和保证,如对HIV-2、HIV-10群、HIV-1亚型等的认识对检测提出了新的要求、基因工程技术的发展提供了新的制备HIV抗原的方法和途径.
