摘要
建立了地下卷取机入口槽型板的有限元模型,并根据实际工况施加约束和载荷,对槽型板进行应力分析。结果表明:槽型板板体与油缸支臂的连接处是应力的最大部位,且为三向压应力状态,是槽型板的危险部位。如果槽型板长期处于最大卷取规格的载荷条件下,此处就会发生疲劳损伤。最后对其结构的改进提出了一定的建议。
The paper established the finite element model of the entry chute table of down-coiler, which is simulated analysis the stress by FEM method after applying the load and bondage in constraint according the actual working conditions .The results show that the junction of the entry chute table body and cylinder arm is the most dan -gerous position of the entry chute table where there is the maximum stress areas and in three -dimensional compressive stress state.If entry chute table always work under maximum load conditions , fatigue damage occurs .Finally, some subject is put forward on the improvement of the structure .
