中医问诊技能训练教学方法的探索与实践 被引量:4

摘要 中医问诊技能训练改变过去以问诊内容介绍为主的做法,编写问诊基本技能训练操作规范,分述重点步骤的具体要求和意义。结合中医问诊范例视频拍摄,规范问诊的具体运用过程。同时设计问诊病例,给出主要症状,要求学生根据主要症状进一步收集相关病史,使学生掌握问诊的基本过程和方法。通过规范问诊技能的训练过程,加强学生问诊技能的培养,使之能够较为熟练的应用于临床,提高教学质量。 The training of TCM diagnostic skills has changed previous teaching pattern took inquiry content mainly. The work standard of training of TCM diagnostic skills was compiled for presenting specific requirements and meaning of important steps. The process of TCM inquiry was standardized integrating sample video. The cases were designed, major symptoms were provided and students were asked to collect relative medical history according to major symptoms, so they have grasped the basic methods of TCM inquiry.
