急性白血病患者bcl-2,c-myc基因的表达及两者之间的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨急性白血病 (AL)患者bcl 2和c myc基因的表达和两者之间的关系。方法 :原位分子杂交法检测bcl 2和c mycmRNA ;细胞免疫化学方法检测bcl 2 ,c myc蛋白表达。结果 :AL患者bcl 2 ,c mycmRNA和蛋白质均明显增加 ;急性淋巴细胞白血病与急性非淋巴细胞白血病bcl 2 ,c mycmRNA和蛋白质无明显差别 ;bcl 2mRNA与蛋白质 (r =0 .784,P <0 .0 1) ,c mycmRNA与蛋白质 (r =0 .887,P <0 .0 1) ;bcl 2mRNA与c mycmRNA (r =0 .888,P <0 .0 1) ,以及bcl 2蛋白与c myc蛋白 (r=0 .735 ,P <0 .0 1)均呈直线正相关。结论 :bcl 2 ,c myc基因在急性白血病的发生发展中起着重要作用。 Objective:This paper was to explore the expressions of bcl 2,c myc genes and the relationship between them in bone marrow from patients with acute leukemia (AL). Methods:In situ hybridization was used to detect bcl 2 and c myc mRNA. Immune cytochemistry was used to detect bcl 2 and c myc protein. Resuls:The expressions of bcl 2, c myc mRNA and proteins were significantly increased in AL; There were not significant differences in bcl 2 mRNA and protein, c myc mRNA and protein between the patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia and acute nonlymphocytic leukemia; There were linear correlations between bcl 2 mRNA and bcl 2 protein, between c myc mRNA and c myc protein, between bcl 2 mRNA and c myc mRNA, between bcl 2 protein and c myc protein. Conclusion:bcl 2 and c myc genes play an important role in pathogenesis and the development of AL. [
