摘要
目的建立HPLC-ELSD面积归一化法测定硫酸庆大霉素含量的测定方法。方法色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-SP(4.6 mm×250 mm/5μm);流动相:0.2 mol/L的乙酸-甲醇(93:7);流速0.6 ml/min;柱温:30℃;蒸发光散射检测器Alltech 3300的飘移管温度为110℃;气体流速为2.6 L/min。结果硫酸庆大霉素各组分分离完全,用面积归一化法测定庆大霉素的含量。结论方法简便快速,准确度高,重现性好。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of gentamicin sulfate content by HPLC-ELSD method.Methods A C18 column was used, the mobile was 0.2mol/L Acetic Acid-methanol（93：7）, the flow was 0.6ml/min the detecter was ELSD .The temperature of drift was 110℃ and flow rate of carrier gas was 2.6 L/min. Ruslts The gentamicin sulfate was sperated from its related substance completely.The Norm of peak area technique could be used to determine the gentamicin sulfate.Conclusion The method is simple and convenient, accurate, sensible an reproducible. This method is suitable for the quality control of the gentamicin sulfate.
