鼻泪管逆行植入微球形头硅胶管术

Retrograde Insertion of Silicone Pipe with Microsphericity Head in the Nasolacrimal Duct

目的 观察经过改进与完善的鼻泪管逆行植入硅胶管术。方法 采用刘氏微球形头硅胶管行鼻泪管逆行植管术 ,治疗慢性泪囊炎和单纯性鼻泪管阻塞 34例 (36只眼 )。结果 观察 6～ 10个月 ,治愈 33例 (35只眼 ) ,好转 1例 (1只眼 )。结论 本术式简便易行 ,义管设计合理 ,疗效满意 ,可作为治疗鼻泪管阻塞的初选术式 ,具有推广应用价值。

Objective:To observe the improving methods of retrograde insertion of silicone pipe in the nasolacrimal duct.Methods:Taking Lius silicone pipe with microsphericity head by retrograde insertion in the nasolacrimal duct to treat 34 cases(36 eyes)of chronic dacryocystitis and block of nasolacrimal duct.Results:6～10 months later,33 cases(35 eyes)were cured;1 case(1 eye)was improved.Conclusion:This method is simple,The tube designs reasonably and the results are satisfied.It is a good method for treating the block of nasolacrimal duct and can be applied widely.
