综合康复治疗腰椎间盘突出症200例分析

Treatment of 200 Patients with Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc by Comprehensive Rehabilitation

目的 探讨腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果。方法 1995年至 1999年 ,作者应用非手术疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症 30 0例 ,其中 2 0 0例运用现代康复医学的观点与方法 ,进行全面综合性的康复治疗。结果 痊愈 37例 ,显效 10 6例 ,好转 48例 ,无效 9例 ,总有效率达 95 .5 %。结论 综合康复治疗比单一治疗方法佳 ,几者有协同作用 ,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症行之有效的方法。

Objective:To explore curative effect of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Method:From 1997 to 1999,the authors used non surgical therapy in the treatment of 300 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Of 300 cases,200 received comprehensive rehabilitation with the view point and method of modern rehabilitation.Results:37 cases were cured,106 cases yielded notable results and 48 cases improved,but 9 cases failed to get better.The total effective rate reaches 95 5% Conclusion:Comprehensive treatment is better than single treatment and receives a synergistic action.This is an effective measure in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
