迟发型超敏性反应分型及其在变应性皮肤病中的意义

摘要
基于T细胞CD4、CD8免疫表型及所分泌的细胞因子 ,成熟T细胞在特定情况下可分为或极化为Ⅰ型辅助性T细胞、Ⅱ型辅助性T细胞、Ⅰ型细胞毒T细胞及Ⅱ型细胞毒T细胞等型 ,综述由各个极化型T细胞在变应性皮肤病中介导的迟发型超敏反应的表现型以及迟发型超敏反应分型在变应性皮肤病尤其是特应性皮炎中的意义。
