摘要
本毕业设计为研发一款新型的多功能小型机床,旨在用一台小型机床一次性的完成精密小型工件的多道工序的精确加工。本机床完全能够完成钻、铣、车、磨等多道工序,同时配有手动和自动换刀装置,操作过程多样;避免了购买多台机床所需要的成本;同时省去了拆装时间;提高了生产效率。
This product is a new type of multi-function machine tools, the main objective so that we can on a single machine to complete the one-time multi-channel precision small parts precision machining processes.Therefore, this machine can complete the drilling, milling, turning, grinding, and other four processes, as well as manual and automatic tool changing co-ordination, so that more diverse operation, which saves the need to purchase more than one machine costs, and eliminating non-less disassembly time and improve the processing efficiency.
