摘要 目的 :估测诊断性成像技术和设备 (CT、DSA和MRI)在下一世纪的发展趋势和实用价值 ,指导其引进。方法 :通过近期文献复习 ,先了解CT、数字减影血管造影(DSA)和磁共振成像 (MRI)的成像技术的最新进展 ,然后再分析其临床应用现状。结果 :①高分辨率超高速CT和MRI以及下列新成像技术 ,如三维成像、仿真内窥镜、MRI水成像和功能性MRI成像等 ,将广泛应用于临床 ;②少创性介入治疗和其器械 (包括DSA)将有更大的进展 ;③医学影像存档与通信系统 (PACS)有可能在医院普及推广。结论 :于 2 1世纪 ,采用先进的医学影像诊断技术和设备 ,不仅能使实质脏器和空腔器官的病理性异常快速得到证实 ,而且还可清晰地显示其早期生化改变。所获得的信息通过PACS能够及时传递到影像诊断和治疗相结合的现代医学影像系统的各个部门。 Objective:To assess the developmental trend and practical value of the diagnostic imaging techniques & equipments (CT,DSA and MRI)in the next century,as a guide for introduction.Methods:Based on reviewing the recent literature to understand the current progress of the imaging techniques in CT,DSA and MRI,and then analyse its status of clinical application Results:①ultrafast CT,MRI with high resolution and the following new imaging techniques,such as three-dimensional(3-D)imaging,virtual endoscopy(VE),MR hydrography and function MRI(fMRI),etc.,should be widely applied clinically;②minitraumatic interventional treatment and its devices including DSA,should become more advanced than before;③PACS might be popularized in the hospitals.Conclusion:In the next century,using the advanced techniques & equipments of medical image diagnosis,not only the pathological abnormality of the parenchymal and hollow organs will be able to rapidly demonstrated,but also able to clearly visualize its early biochemical changes.And these informations acquired can be transmited in time by PACS to every division of the modern medical image system combined with image diagnosis and treatment.
