中小型重介旋流器在大型选煤厂的应用

Application of medium & small HM cyclone in a large scale coal preparation plant

根据三座大型选煤厂工程实例,论述了不用粗煤泥分选系统,而是采用中小直径重介旋流器,也能实现粗煤泥有效分选,有效分选下限可降到0.15 ～0.25mm,简化了生产工艺,降低了工程投资和运行成本,提高了企业经济效益.

Based on three concrete engineering examples of large scale coal preparation plant,discussed was the slime system without coarse slime separation,but instead,medium and small HM cyclone used,in which also realized an effective separation of coarse slime that the effective lower limit of separation being 0. 15 ~ 0. 25mm; thus the process simplified, engineering investment and operation cost lowered down and economic benefit increased.
