芜湖市2008-2012年疾病预防控制工作绩效评估纵向比较分析

Analysis of performance evaluation results of disease prevention and control in Wuhu from 2008 to 2012

目的通过纵向分析比较2008-2012年芜湖市疾病预防控制工作绩效评估结果，及时发现存在的问题与不足，为下一步工作落实提供参考依据。方法纵向比较分析2008-2012年芜湖市区域、机构疾病预防控制工作绩效评估得分及指标完成度情况。结果2008-2012年芜湖市区域绩效评估均为良好等次，机构均为优秀等次。区域健康教育和健康促进类指标完成度增幅最大，2012年较2008年指标完成度增加57.3％；2011年运行保障类指标完成度最低，仅为33％。机构指标各年度总完成度基本持平，在90％～95％之间。健康危害因素监测与控制、技术指导与应用研究两类机构指标各年度完成度均较低，是机构疾病预防控制工作的薄弱环节。结论芜湖市疾病预防控制工作取得一定成效，但政府主导、多部门协作的疾病预防控制工作机制需进一步完善，疾控机构健康危害因素监测与控制、技术指导与应用研究工作还需继续加强。

Objective Through comparative analysis the performance evaluation results of disease prevention and control in Wuhu from 2008 to 2012, find the problems and deficiencies, provide the reference basis for the next step work. Methods Analysis the scores and the index completion condition of the area synthetic evaluation and the institution of disease control and prevention evaluation in Wuhu from 2008 to 2012. Results The grade of the area synthetic evaluation is good, the grade of the institution evaluation is very good. The index completion condition of regional health education and health promotion is the biggest increase, an increase of 57.3% in 2012 than in 2008. The index completion condition of the guarantee of work normal operation is the lowest, only 33%. The annual index completion condition of the institution of disease control and prevention is almost equal respectively, between 90 to 95%. That health hazards factors monitoring and control, technical guidance and applied research was the weakest work for the institution of disease prevention and control, and the index annual completion condition of was lowest. Conclusion Disease prevention and control efforts have achieved good performance appraisal. But some work should be strengthened, such as Government-led and muhi-sectoral coordination mechanism, health hazards factors monitoring and control, technical guidance and applied research.
