摘要 铬元素能促进胰岛素功能的发挥,并参与碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白质等的代谢大量研究表明,日粮中添加铬能提高奶牛采食量、产奶量和繁殖性能,并在奶牛免疫与应激缓解过程中发挥着重要作用,在奶牛生产中具有广阔的应用前景。本文就有机铬的生物学功能及在奶牛日粮中的添加效应方面的研究进展做一综述,为奶牛生产中铬的应用提供参考。 Cllromium can promote insulin function, and is involved in the metabolism of carbohydrate, fat and protein. A number of studies have shown that chromium supplementation can improve the feed intake, milk production and reproductive performance of dairy cattle, and also play an important role in ameliorating immunity response and protect dairy cows from stress as well as has wide application prospect in dairy cattle production. This article summarizes the research progress of biological function of organic chromium and the effects of chromium supplementation on dairy cow, and provides the reference for the supplementation of chromium in dairy production.
