摘要
热风进入蜗壳式分布器后呈旋转状态进入干燥塔与雾化料液进行热与质的交换,与高速旋转的离心机转向相反。由于采用高速离心雾化器雾化料液而非高压啧嘴,因此,其热风分布器的结构为蜗壳式结构,与压力喷雾干燥塔所使用的分布器不同。这种分布器结构比较复杂,操作也比较繁琐,如果分风不均、结构不尽合理,极易在塔顶出现焦粉等现象,严重时还会影响产品的质量。本文仅以RGYP01-500型立式离心喷雾干燥塔在奶粉生产中的设计及应用加以阐述。
