摘要
通过对某旧有底框住宅楼的鉴定,得出当第2层与底层的层间侧向刚度比过大或过小时,均不能满足抗震安全要求;当对底框结构进行由于第2层与底层的层间侧向刚度比过小的加固时,可采取开缝等措施削弱首层抗震墙刚度的方式进行,同时应注意对开缝边缘进行加固。
In this paper, the old bottom frame residential building appraisal, second layer and the bottom layerlateral stiffness ratio is too large or too small, can not meet the seismic safety requirements;In frame structure of bottom of the second layer and the bottom layer lateral stiffness ratio is too small, reinforcement, can take measures to reduce seismic slit the first layer of wallstiffness, also should pay attention to the slotted edge reinforcement.
