300M钢表面WC10Co4Cr涂层制备及其对疲劳的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本文分别采用定量金相法、对偶拉伸法测量了300M钢表面WC10Co4Cr涂层的孔隙率和结合强度,同时通过轴向拉-压高频疲劳测试分析了喷涂前后基体的疲劳极限。研究结果表明,此涂层孔隙率可以达到1%以下,涂层结合强度大于70MPa;涂层工艺对于基体的疲劳极限有一定的影响:喷涂后,基体疲劳极限为基体的86%。 The void ratio and bond strength of the coating were tested by quantity-metallographical method and pair-tension method. The fatigue limit was also tested according to the axial tension-compression mode with high frequency. The results show that void ratio of the coating is less than 1% and bond strength is more than 70MPa. The coating craft has some influences on the fatigue limit. The fatigue limit of coating sample was decrease to the 86%of base metal samples.
