摘要
本文以高精度台阶端面的加工为研究主体,叙述了台阶端面的研磨加工,提出一种机械研磨方法代替传统的手工研磨方法,探索高精度台阶端面机械研磨的可行性,以实现高精度台阶端面的机械研磨。
Based on high-precision step end face machining, the step end face grinding was presented. A method of mechanical lapping instead of handing lapping was proposed. The feasibility of mechanical lapping for high-precision step end face was explored to realize mechanical lapping for high-precision step end face.
