摘要
通过对雷达天线馈电腔体中馈电缝的加工工艺理论分析及试验,结果表明,在加工条件允许的范围内,尽可能选用直径较大的刀具,缩短刀长,采用高转速、小切削量、快进给的切削方式,运用粗精加工分开的工艺路线,最终达到零件的设计要求。
The theoretical analysis and test of machining technology for feed sewing in the feed cavity of radar antenna was made. The result shows that when the processing condition permits, tool having a large diameter should be chosen as much as possible, the length of tool should be shortened, the cutting way with a high speed, small cutting volume and quick feed should be used, and the technical method that has separated rough and finishing processing should be adopted.
