基于ABAQUS的TC21结构件孔挤压强化模拟分析 被引量:3

摘要 为研究钛合金孔挤压强化后残余应力的分布情况,本文针对TC21钛合金结构件,采用ABAQUS软件建立有限元模型,分析孔挤压强化后应力的分布情况。结果表明:开缝衬套孔挤压强化后孔的周向残余应力分布较不均匀。同时,开缝衬套孔挤压强化后孔的周向残余应力沿厚度方向有一定变化,但变化不大。 The experimental research has been carried out to study the distribution of residual stress. The TC21 titanium structure part was researched. The distribution of stress was analyzed after hole cold expanding hardening. The result indicates that the distribution of circumferential stress of split sleeve cold expanded is non-uniform. At the same time, the circumferential stress of split sleeve cold expanded along thickness is variable, but not great.
