痰热清注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管肺炎观察

Observation of Tanreqing Injections Combined with Azithromycin in the Treatment of Pediatric Bronchial Pneumonia

目的：探讨痰热清联合阿奇霉素治疗支气管肺炎患儿的疗效。方法：支气管肺炎患儿56例分为观察组和对照组各28例。对照组患者给予阿奇霉素10 mg·kg-1,ivd,qd；观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用痰热清注射液0.6~0.8 ml·kg-1（≤20 ml/次） ivd,qd。两组疗程均为7 d。治疗后观察并记录两组住院时间、退热时间、咳痰喘消失时间、肺啰音消失时间、肺阴影消失时间,比较两组疗效及不良反应。结果：观察组治疗有效率为92.9%,显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）；观察组住院时间和各项症状消失时间均显著短于对照组（P〈0.05）；两组不良反应发生率相当（P〉0.05）。结论：支气管肺炎患儿采用痰热清联合阿奇霉素治疗起效迅速、效果确切、安全性好。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Tanreqing injections combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children bronchial pneumonia. Methods：Totally 56 cases of pediatric bronchial pneumonia were selected in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2013 and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 28 cases in each. The control group was with azithromycin treatment, and the observation group was with Tanreqing injections additionally. The effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were studied and compared. Results：In the observation group, the effective rate was 92. 9%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group（〈0. 05）. The hospitalization time and the symptoms disappearance time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group （P〈0. 05）. The adverse reactions showed no significant difference be-tween the two groups. Conclusion：Tanreqing injections in the treatment of children bronchial pneumonia is rapid, effective and safe.
