摘要
采用内隐研究方法,在对50名某军校大学生进行预调查的基础上,选出35个有关高成就军校大学生所具有的特征高频词,编制成军校大学生成就动机内隐观调查问卷。以某军校四个年级共200名学生为调查对象,要求他们对具有高成就动机军校大学生的特征按照与自己的符合程度进行评分。结果发现:军校大学生认为成就动机的要素包括五类:荣誉特征、目标特征、情感特征、学习特征、责任特征;军校大学生比较一致地认为高成就动机最重要的十项特征是:提升自身素质、有一技之长、充实自己丰富生活、更好地生活、责任感、理想、实现梦想、适应社会、拥有好的前程、为祖国繁荣发展做贡献;军校大学生成就动机内隐观在年级、生源上存在显著差异,来源上则无显著差异。
A pilot investigation of 50 military academy students helps produce 35 high-frequency words employed to characterize high-achie,4ement military academy students. Based on these selected words, a questiormaire is compiled to investigate the implicit view of achievement motivation of military students. 200 students distributed in 4 different grades in a military academy participated in the inves- tigation. The results show that 5 sorts of elements are included in the achievement motivation of mili- tary students, namely, honor, goal, affect, learning, and duty. Top ten features of high achievement motivation are calculated based on the investigation. It is also found that grades and source of students have significant effect on achievement motivation.
