摘要 课堂教学是学校教育活动的主要形式及载体,而师生互动效果直接关系到独立学院教育教学和人才培养的整体质量。当前独立学院课堂师生互动中存在教师主导、形式主义、知识与情感互动割裂三个方面的困境。究其原因,"以教师为中心"的教学理念及违背规律的教学方法影响甚大,因此要提升课堂师生互动效果必须回归"以学生为本"的教学理念,并整合多种教学方法。 Classroom teaching is the main form of school education and the effect of in-class teacher- student interaction is directly related to the teaching quality and talent training of independent colle- ges. Currently, the in-class teacher-student interaction in independent colleges has three problems to solve: teacher domination, formalism and separateness of intellectual and emotional interaction. They are attributed to the strong influence of teacher-centered notion and the teaching methods contrary to teaching laws. In order to solve the existing problems, we need to adopt student-centered concept and integrate different teachin~ methods.
