摘要
复合胶粉改性沥青(CCRMA)是将废旧轮胎粉末和SBS改性剂共同加入基质沥青中而制成的一种高性能改性沥青,是一种典型的粘弹性材料。通过小梁弯曲试验和弯曲蠕变试验研究了在-30℃、-20℃、-10℃、0℃、10℃和20℃六种温度下,CCRMA混合料和SBS改性沥青混合料试件的弯曲破坏特征和黏弹特性。试验结果表明,CCRMA混合料具有更好的低温变形和抗高温性能。在弯曲蠕变试验结果的基础上,利用Burgers模型拟合出黏弹性参数,由参数的变化规律可以看出,随着温度升高CCRMA混合料的弹性性能有所降低,而黏性性能逐渐增强。
Compound crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture is a kind of high performance modified asphalt made by putting waste rubber tire powder and SBS modifier into base asphalt, it is a typical of viscoelastic material. The trabecular bending test and trabecular bending creep test for compound crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture and SBS modified asphalt mixture are carried out to study ben- ding destruction features and viscoelastic behavior at -30℃, -20℃, - 10℃, 0℃, 10℃ and 20℃. As the researches show, Com- pound crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture has better low temperature deformation and high temperature resisting performance. Viscoelastic parameter is obtained by fitting to experimental data using Burgers model. Experimental results show, Elasticity de- creased and viscous strengthened gradually with the temperature increased for compound crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture.
