前列腺增生单病种质量管理方法的探讨

The Discussion of Single Disease Quality Management Methods of Prostate Hyperplasia

目的通过对良性前列腺增生单病种的质量监控与分析,探讨单病种质量管理的方法,以提高单病种质量水平。方法选取某三级甲等医院42例良性前列腺增生经尿道前列腺电切(TURP)术的病例为研究对象,应用SPSS16.0统计软件对质量指标数据进行统计分析,病历书写质量按照5级评分方法评分,并进行缺陷统计。结果手术持续时间平均102.7±43.0分钟;预防性应用抗菌药物时间较长;治愈率100%;平均住院日12.2±2.8天,其中术前平均住院日5.3±2.2天;平均医疗费用10485.3±2515.0元,其中平均药费5358.1±1515.0元,药费比例50.4%;病历书写质量平均83.3分。结论在单病种形成的三个环节,对不同的监控对象采用不同的监控方法,实现单病种持续质量改进。

Objective Single disease quality management are discussed to improve the quality level of single diseases by quality monitoring and analysis of single disease of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods 42 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia with TURP in a level of first-class hospitalwere researched by SPSS16.0 statistical software. The average length of stay was 12.2 ± 2.8.The average length of stay before operation was 5.3 ± 2.2.The average medical expense was 10485.3 ± 2515.0 yuan. The average expenses for medicine was 5358.1 ± 1515.0 yuan. Proportion of expenses for medicine was 50.4%. The average score of Medical record writing quality was 83.3. Conclusion We using different monitoring methods for different monitoring objects In the three links of single diseases, to realize the continuous quality improvement of single diseases.
