摘要
目的对引起儿童医院医疗纠纷的原因进行分析,发现导致医疗纠纷的规律性问题,从理论上分析防范措施,从而减少和避免医患纠纷的发生。方法对某院4年806例医疗纠纷进行回顾性分析。结果医疗纠纷呈逐年增高趋势,引起纠纷的主要原因有:医院工作总量持续增高,医护人员工作疲惫导致沟通不足、医疗质量欠缺、患儿家属主观认识偏差,情绪急躁、期望值过高等。结论建立和完善医院医疗纠纷处理机制、重视医患沟通、提高医务人员医疗质量是降低医疗纠纷发生率,改善医患关系的主要措施。
Objective To analyze the causes of children's hospital medical disputes, and to find the regular problems that lead to medical disputes. Theoretically analyzing the preventive measures to reduce and avoid the occurrence of medical disputes. Methods A total of 806 cases of medical disputes were retrospectively analyzed during four years in a hospital. Results Medical disputes are increasing year by year. The main cause of disputes are: Rising total hospital work, medical staff lack of communication due to work tired, medical quality is not high, families of children with subjective understanding deviation, impatience, overly expectant. Conclusion Setting Up and improve the hospital medical dispute resolution mechanism, attaching great importance to the doctor-patient communication, improving the quality of medical staff medical treatment are the main measures to reduce the incidence of medical disputes, improve the doctor-patient relationship.
