摘要
考察了电场下电渗作用对分子型药物替硝唑经皮渗透的影响。实验结果表明 ,替硝唑从饱和水溶液经正极导入时 ,透皮速率比其被动扩散增加 12 .8倍 ,负极导入也产生一定的促进作用。替硝唑的透皮速率随电流强度而增加。另外 ,Na Cl的加入使得电场下替硝唑的透皮速率明显下降 ,而在 Na Cl浓度为 0 .0 5 m ol/L 时药物在电场下的透皮速率相对较大。
The effect of electroosmosis on the transdermal delivery of molecular drug——tinidazole was investigated. The results showed that the flux of tinidazole saturated water solution with anodal iontophoresis was 12.8 times as great as the passive flux and cathodal iontophoresis also showed a certain enhance effect. The transdermal flux of tinidazole increased with the increasing of current intensity. On the other hand, added NaCl could decrease the tinidazole flux under the electric field and the relatively larger flux appeared at the NaCl concentration of 0.05 mol/L.
