Determination of 4-Chloro-3,5-xylenol in Zetar Lotion by CS-HPLC

用柱切换 HPL C法快速测定泽它洗剂中 4-氯 - 3,5 -二甲苯酚含量。以含定量内标羟苯甲酸丙酯的甲醇 ,超声提取泽它洗剂 ,离心后取上清液直接进样。预柱为 YWG C1 8(10 μm) ,分析柱为 Shim- pack CL C- ODS(5 μm) ,流动相均为甲醇 -水 (70∶ 30 ) ,检测波长为 2 80 nm。平均加样回收率为 99.84% ,RSD=0 .79%。

Chloro 3,5 xylenol(1) in Zetar lotion was extracted by methanol and determined by column switching HPLC (CS HPLC). Propylparaben was used as internal standard. The precolumn was packed with YWG C 18 and the Shim pack CLC ODS was used as analytical column, with the mobile phase of methanol water (70∶30). The flow rate was 2.0 ml/min and detection wavelength was 280 nm. The standard curve of 1 was linear over the concentration range of 44.44～131.25 μg/ml. The average recovery was 99.84% with RSD=0.79 %.
