鱼油微丸中EPA-E和DHA-E的含量测定

Determination of EPA-E and DHA-E in Fish Oil Pills by Gas Chromatography

鱼油微丸与无水乙醇在氮气保护下回流 ,以正二十四烷为内标物 ,用气相色谱法测定鱼油微丸中 EPA- E和DHA- E的含量 ,两者的加样回收率在 10 0 .5 %～ 10 5 .8%之间 ,RSD小于 3.3% ,EPA- E在 0 .2 4～ 3.6 m g/ ml,DHA- E在 0 .38～ 5 .7m g/ ml间线性关系良好 ,相关系数均为 0 .9999。本法操作简便 ,结果准确 ,重现性好。

A gas chromatographic method for determination of the ethyl esters of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in fish oil pills was reported. The pills were refluxed with absolute ethanol under N 2, n tetracosane was used as internal standard. The average recovery was 100.5%～105.8%, RSD <3.3%. The linear range of EPA E and DHA E were 0.24～3.6 and 0.38～5.7 mg/ml, respectively ( r =0.9999).
