经皮椎体成形术联合^(125)I粒子植入治疗脊柱转移性肿瘤的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨经皮椎体成形术联合125I粒子植入治疗脊柱转移性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法选取2009年9月~2013年9月山西煤炭中心医院收治的椎体成形手术联合125I粒子植入治疗脊柱转移性肿瘤患者15例。观察手术前后椎体前缘、中部高度的恢复情况和后凸畸形Cobb角度的改善情况,VAS视觉模拟评分,BI巴塞尔指数,评价临床疗效。结果 VAS中手术前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);巴塞尔指数BI中手术前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后椎体前缘、中部高度丢失率、Cobb角的改善,术后与术前比较,差异无统计学意义。结论经皮椎体成形术联合125I粒子植入治疗脊柱转移性肿瘤是一种有效的微创手术治疗方式,能迅速缓解疼痛、改善患者的日常生活能力、提高生存质量。 Objective Percutaneous vertebroplasty combined 125 I seed implantation clinical efifcacy of spinal metastatic tumors. Methods The clinical data selected from the hospital from September 2009 to September 2013 will be accepted vertebroplasty surgery combined with 125 I seed implantation in patients with spinal metastatic tumors , 15 cases;observed before and after surgery vertebral, middle height recovery and kyphosis Cobb angle improvement , pain visual analogue scale (VAS), activities of daily living score (Barthel Index, BI), to evaluate the clinical efifcacy. Results VAS before and after surgery, the difference was statistically signiifcant(P〈0.05). Difference before and after surgery in Basel index BI statistically signiifcant(P〈0.05). Postoperative anterior vertebral, middle height loss rate , Cobb angle improved postoperative and preoperative difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with 125 I particles implantation for the treatment of spinal metastatic tumor is an effective way of minimally invasive surgery, can quickly relieve pain, improve the ability of daily life of patients, improving the quality of life.
