糖尿病患者自我管理水平与病情进展的5年追踪调查分析

目的调查糖尿病患者自我管理水平与病情进展的联系。方法 180例社区糖尿病患者作为研究对象,分别统计5年前和当前的糖尿病自我管理水平及病情进展情况。结果 (1)5年前和当前自我管理行为比较,患者遵医嘱服药,血糖监测和足部护理得分比较,差异无统计学意义;规律锻炼,饮食控制,高/低血糖预防/处理得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);此外,总分也有显著性下降,差异有统计意义(P<0.01)。(2)随着自我管理水平的降低,各项并发症率呈依次上升趋势。结论糖尿病患者自我管理水平与病情进展有密切联系,社区医护人员有必要加强糖尿病社区管理的主动性,从而尽可能的帮助患者延缓病情进展。

Objective To investigate patients with diabetes self-management level and disease progression. Methods 180 cases of diabetic patients in community as the research object, the statistics of ifve years ago and the current level of diabetes self-management as well as the progress of the disease. Results （1） ifve years ago compared to the current self management behavior,the prescribed medication, blood sugar monitoring and foot care scores had no signiifcant difference;Regular exercise,diet control,high/low blood sugar prevention/treatment scores were signiifcantly decreased（P＆lt;0.01）, in addition, the total score are signiifcantly decreased （P＆lt;0.01）. （2） with the loss of the self management level, the complication rate is rising trend in turn. Conclusion Patients with diabetes self-management level is closely related to disease progression, the community medical staff is necessary to strengthen the management of diabetes community initiative, as much as possible to help patients with slow disease progression.
