补脾益肾固冲汤治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的效果观察

目的：探讨补脾益肾固冲汤治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法选择湛江市雷州市精神病医院2012年2月～2013年4月确诊为围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的患者98例随机均分为观察组（n=49）与对照组（n=49），对照组采用炔诺酮治疗，观察组采用中药方补脾益肾固冲汤治疗。结果观察组总有效率为97.96%，对照组总有效率为83.67%，2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组治疗后血红蛋白均显著升高，2组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组治疗后血红蛋白升高水平显著高于对照组，2组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组未发生不良反应，对照组不良反应发生率为14.29%（7/49），2组不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论补脾益肾固冲汤治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血疗效确切，安全性高。

Objective To explore the efifcacy of tonifying the spleen and kidney soup in treating perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods Ninety-eight patients conifrmed perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital from Feb. 2012 to Apr. 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 49 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with tonifying the spleen and kidney soup and the control group was given norethindrone. The effect was observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total efifcacy was 97.96%in the observation group, and 83.67%in control group, with signiifcant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.The levels of Hb of the two groups after treatment was signiifcantly higher than that before treatment（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of Hb of the observation group were signiifcantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The level of Hb of the observation group was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The observation group had no adverse reaction, the control group was 14.29%（7/49）, the difference between the two groups was signiifcant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tonifying the spleen and kidney soup is effective and safe in treating perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
