乳酸菌阴道胶囊在阴道炎治疗中的临床运用

目的探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗阴道炎的临床效果。方法选取2007年6月～2013年6月梅县妇幼保健院就诊的阴道炎患者共计186例作为研究对象，按照数字随机表方法进行分组，平均分成对照组和观察组（n=93）。对照组患者采取常规治疗方案，观察组患者在常规治疗基础之上给予乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗方案。连续用药7d观察，统计、比较和分析患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组93例患者整体治疗总有效率为96.77％，对照组为70.97％，观察组疗效显著高于对照组，组间比较存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗阴道炎，临床疗效显著，患者治愈率高，预后复发率低，是一种安全、有效、理想的阴道炎临床治疗方法。

Objective To analyze the effect of laeidophilin vaginal capsules for treatment of vaginitis. Methods To select from June 2007 to June 2013, in the treatment of vaginitis, matemal and Child Health Hospital of Meixian a total of 186 patients as the research object, were grouped according to the random number table method, the formation of the control group, the observation group, 93 cases of patients in each group. Patients in the control group take routine treatment, patients in the observation group on the basis of conventional therapy for treatment of lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule, 7 days of continuous use observation, statistics, comparison and analysis of the clinical treatment effect. Results The observation group of 93 cases of patients with total effective rate 96.77%, 70.97% in the control group, the observation group were better than the control group, there is statistical significance between the groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of vaginitis, adopting lacidophilin vaginal capsules for treatment, the cure rate is high, the recurrence rate is low, is a safe, effective, the ideal method for treatment of vaginitis.
