摘要
【目的】设计、合成具有扩张冠状动脉活性的新型苯并呋喃衍生物。【方法】在参阅文献的基础上,利用格氏反应等化学方法进行合成,并对未见文献报道的目标化合物进行核磁共振和质谱分析。【结果】合成了11个目标化合物,波谱鉴定及数据分析结果表明,其中有9个为新化合物。【结论】经核磁共振和质谱确认,合成的新化合物与设计的化合物结构一致。
【Objective】To design and synthesize a new type of coronary dilator with structure of benzofuran.【Methods】On the basis of literature, the derivatives were synthesis by Grinard reaction and some other chemical reaction. The structures of target compounds, which haven't been reported in literature, were determined by1H-NMR and MS method.【Result】Eleven target compounds were synthesized, nine of which proved as the new compounds with determination and analysis of1H-NMR and MS spectrum.【Conclusion】 With the determination of1H-NMR and MS, it is proved that the structure of new compounds are correspond with that of the designed compounds.
