褪黑素对重症急性胰腺炎相关性肺损伤保护作用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)引起的多器官功能衰竭中,呼吸功能衰竭占SAP第1周病死率60%,肺功能障碍是除腹部脏器功能障碍外最突出的表现,因此同时着眼于胰腺和肺组织是治疗SAP的新策略。
