金属对金属髋关节置换术后钴、铬磨损纳米粒子对关节周围软组织损伤的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 20世纪60年代,金属对金属(metel on metal,MoM)髋关节置换术逐步应用于临床,但是由于大量的并发症及不稳定的术后生存率使其临床应用并未持续太久。20世纪90年代,改善后的第2代MoM关节置换假体问世。然而近年来,随着假体植入时间的积累,不良反应开始集中体现并受到重视,其中金属磨损纳米级粒子…的出现及产生的不良反应成为科学家们研究的焦点。
