摘要
目的:探讨手机视频的使用对口腔医学生临床实习的影响。方法:将30名口腔临床实习生随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用手机视频进行学习,对照组采用传统教学法学习,教学内容均为后牙深龋充填,学习8周后进行操作考试,并进行调查问卷分析。统计学分析考试成绩及调查问卷满意度。结果:实验组成绩明显高于对照组,两组进行比较,P<0.05。结论:手机视频能直观地记录教师教学过程和一些传统教学难以观看到的部位,使实习生能够更好地掌握教学内容,有利于提升实习生的临床工作技能,加强学生学习主动性,提高带教导师教学质量,有效激发实习生学习动力。
Objective:To explore the effects of the use of mobile video on oral medical students in clinical practice. Method: 30 clinical interns were randomly divided into experimental group using mobile video to learn and control group us- ing traditional methods of learning. Teaching content is the same,filling the deep caries of the molar teeth. After 8 weeks" learning, the two groups are required to take the operation examination and participate in the questionnaire. The examination results and satisfaction questionnaire are analyzed statistically. Result: The scores of the experimental group were signifi- cantly higher and by comparing the two groups,P 〈0.05. Conclusion: The mobile video can visually record the teaching pro- cess and the parts difficult to be watched by the traditional teaching methods, so that the interns can better grasp teaching content and it will help improve the intems" clinical skills, enhance their active learning, effectively stimulate their learning motivation and improve the faculty adviser's teaching quality.
