应用型本科院校培养的是面向实业与实务界、顺应时代经济发展潮流、具有较强实践能力的人才。在应用型人才培养的过程中,要主动服务地方经济发展,密切与企业的合作,贴近市场需求。学校与企业要在理念创新、信息交流、项目推动和文化塑造等方面形成良性互动,谋求共同发展。

The applied trained in undergraduate college is to face the industries and enterprises, to conform to the trend of the economic development and to have strong practical abilities. So it is required that in the process of training applied talents, we should focus on serving the local economy, taking the initiative to integrate into the society, building close cooperation with enterprises, closing up to the market demand. Schools and enterprises should share the benign and interactive development in the concept of innovation,the govern- ment leading,information exchange,mechanism innovation, project promotion and culture aspects, etc.
