POEMS综合征的康复治疗:1例报告 被引量：1

摘要 1资料与方法 病史：患者男性，39岁，因“进行性四肢远端对称无力1年余”于2013年4月来我院康复治疗。2012年4月患者开始出现四肢远端无力伴有麻木感，曾到多家医院就诊未明确诊断。2012年9月患者自觉四肢远端无力、麻木等症状明显加重，肌电图检查示感觉运动性周围神经病，轴索损害为主，伴髓鞘损害；B超示脾肿大；血尿免疫蛋白固定电泳示M蛋白.
