系统性红斑狼疮并发急性粒细胞白血病一例 被引量：3

摘要 1 病例介绍 患者女，50岁。因“皮疹、关节炎4年，反复阴道流血不止1年余”于2010年11月人住我院。患者人院前曾于2006年3月出现无明显诱因面部蝶形红斑、发热、双手小关节炎、口腔溃疡、光过敏，于我院门诊检查抗核抗体谱（ANA）、抗双链DNA（ds-DNA）抗体、抗Sm抗体均阳性，抗心磷脂抗体阴性，直接抗人球蛋白试验阳性；血常规示白细胞（wBc州弓殴2．8×109／L，血红蛋白（Hb）86．0g／L，
