致心律失常性右室心肌病合并继发性心肌梗死右室附壁血栓1例

One case of ARVC with secondary MI and right ventricular mural thrombus

I病例资料患者，男，61岁，因“反复心悸、胸闷7个月余”人院。患者自诉从2012年7月开始出现劳累后心悸、胸闷，伴气促、乏力、头晕、黑噱，休息数分钟后缓解。2012—11—05患者运动时再次出现上述症状，无胸痛，但数分钟后出现晕厥坠地、意识丧失、口唇紫绀，立即被送往当地医院急诊抢救。

The patient was male, 61 years old, consulted chest distress and palpitation for more than seven months. The echocardiography demonstrated right heart enlargement, mainly right ventricular. There were high echo attachments in right ventricular anterior wall and apex without activity.
