摘要
在保证钢板弹簧可靠使用的条件下 ,按钢板弹簧质量最小建立钢板弹簧优化设计的数学模型 ,并利用FORTRAN 77高级语言开发了优化计算程序TLSODP .实例设计计算表明 ,用该数学模型和优化计算程序设计 ,钢板弹簧质量比原设计减少了 2 9.6 % .
In order to improve the performances of the automobile stabilization and steering as well as to ensure the reliability of the leaf springs,a mathematical model of optimum design for the leaf springs is established on the basis of the smallest weight of the leaf springs and a calculation program TLSODP(Taper Leaf Spring Optimum Design Program) is derived from FORTRAN 77. Finally,a practical example of design calculation is taken to show that the weight of the improved leaf springs decreases 29.6% compared with the original design by using the mathematical model and optimum calculation program.
