Simulation of Vibration Mode Shapes of Disks Spinning at High Speed

分析了外存储器的盘 /轴系统旋转时盘片振动变形的主要原因 ,导出了高速旋转时盘片振动模态的计算方法 ,在此基础上开发出了基于MATLABV5 .2软件平台的盘片振动模态仿真程序 .给出了一个拥有多个盘片的存储器的盘片振动模态的部分仿真结果 ,并分析了不同模态下存储器盘 /轴系统的稳定性 .

The main source of the vibration deformations of disks of a spinning disk/spindle system in a storage system according to the character of development tendency in storage system is demonstrated. A computation method of disks′ mode shapes is introduced. A simulation program based on MATLAB V5.2 is developed. Some simulation results of disks′ mode shapes of a storage system with multiple disks are given and the stability of the disk/spindle system of the storage system under different disks′ mode shapes is analyzed.
