十二指肠炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤一例
摘要
病例资料患者，女，71岁。4个月前无明显诱因出现食欲不佳，进油腻食物后腹胀、呃逆，不伴腹痛、恶心、呕吐等，在外院行促进胃动力治疗后未见明显好转，1周前在外院行中上腹部CT提示“胰头占位”。常规体格检查无明显异常。实验室检查结果无明显异常。
