摘要
通过比较大气暴露和实验室加速腐蚀两种环境下碳钢和耐候钢的锈层,研究了不同腐蚀环境对钢的腐蚀行为的影响。运用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、电子探针等分析测试手段对碳钢和耐候钢的锈层进行了研究。结果表明:两种环境下耐候钢的锈层均比碳钢的要致密,而大气环境下两种钢的锈层更加致密和均匀。两种钢的主要成分均是α-FeOOH和γ-FeOOH,合金元素在耐候钢中均存在富集现象,但是实验室模拟试验下富集程度更高。通过锈层研究发现,实验室加速腐蚀试验能一定程度上模拟大气环境下的暴露试验,但还是存在一定的差异。
The effects of various environments on the corrosion behavior of steels were investigated based on the of the two steels analysis of the rust layers of carbon steel and weathering steel under the atmospherical exposure test and lab accelerated corrosion test. The rust layers were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electron probe X-ray microanalysis (EPMA). The results show that the rust layer of weathe- ring steel was more compact than that of carbon steel. The rust layers were mainly composed of a-FeOOH and "/- FeOOH. The alloying elements were enriched in the rust layer of weathering steel. Although the lab accelerated corrosion test could to a certain extent simulate the atmospherical exposure test, the difference between them existed.
