摘要
通过微观组织检验分析了S355热轧厚板探伤不合格的原因.结果表明：厚板在1/4～1/2厚度处存在成分偏析、中间裂纹和孔洞,这是导致钢板探伤不合格的直接原因.
The unqualification reason of $355 hot rolled plate by ultrasonic inspection had been analyzed by means of macroscopic examination and metallographic examination. The results showed that the segregation, middle cracks and holes between plates in the thickness of 1/4-1/2 exists, making the plate unqualified.
