摘要
介绍了本钢590 MPa级热镀锌双相钢的研发生产,为满足强度和成形性能要求,根据相变强化机制进行成分和工艺的设计,重点研究生产过程中化学成分、热连轧、冷轧、连续退火热镀锌工艺的控制要点,并对产品的微观组织及性能指标进行分析。批量生产实践表明产品具有优良的力学性能和成形性能,应用于汽车高强结构件。
The development of 590 MPa hot dip galvanizing dual phase steel plates for automobile in Benxi Steel group corporation was introduced. The chemical compositions and processes were designed based on phase transformation strengthening. The control of chemical compositions, rolling process parameters and continuous annealing process parameters, rnicrostructures, mechanical properties were analyzed. The batch production practice show that the products have good mechanical property and shaping property. This product can be used to make high strength structural parts for automobile.
