摘要
通过对断裂钢筋化学成分的分析,断口形貌的观察,金相组织的检验,结合试样外观及力学性能检验,对比了送检试样的力-位移图,确定了HRB400螺纹钢的冷弯断裂是因带张力矫直致使钢材屈服消失,伸长率减小,变相减小了钢材弯曲时的弯心直径,最终导致其在冷弯过程中发生断裂。
By analyzing the chemical composition, observing the fracture morphology and micnostructure as well as the fracture sample appearance, measuring the mechanical properties and comparing the force-displacement figures, the cause of fracture of HRB400 rebar can be confirmed that the tensely-straightening made the yield disappear, e longation and bending radius decrease that result in fracture during cold-bending process.
