摘要
基于 ATM的无源光网络 (APON)已成为宽带接入的重要方式 .在 ITU-T G.983规范的基础上 ,将随机接入协议应用到接入系统中 ,提出了基于集中分配 /随机争用的混合接入方式 ,并利用马尔可夫链描述了系统的动态特性 ,求解出系统稳态时的概率密度函数分布 .数值计算结果表明 。
A new kind of Medium Access Control (MAC) protocol called central allocation/contention access protocol based on G.983 specification was proposed. It can more efficiently allocate ATM passive optical network (PON) bandwidth resource. Markov chain was employed to describe the dynamic property of the system and the equilibrium probability mass function was derived. The numerical result demonstrates that this new protocol can improve the system's performance.
