摘要
目的研究老鹰茶的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20及制备型HPLC等色谱方法分离化合物,利用NMR、MS波谱学方法鉴定其结构。结果从老鹰茶70%乙醇回流提取物的乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为儿茶素(1)、表儿茶素(2)、菜豆酸(3)、山奈酚-3—O—β-D-芸香糖苷(4)、松属素-7-O—β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、香树素-3—O-β—L-阿拉伯糖苷(6)、2,4,6-三羟基苯丁酮-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、腺苷(8)、(+)-异落叶松脂醇-9—O—β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)。结论化合物3~9为首次从樟科木姜子属植物中分离得到,1、2为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents in Litsea Coreana L. Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel, ODS, and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies as well as HPLC. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data. Results The compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol fractions of ethanol extract and identified as Catechin (1), Epicatechin (2), Phaseic acid (3) , Kaempferol-3-O-β-D-rutinose (4) , Pinocembrin-7 -O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5) , Aromadedrin- 3 -O-β-L-arabinopyranoside (6) , 2,4, 6-trihydroxybutyrophenone-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7) , adenoside (8) , ( + ) -isolariciresinal-9-O-β- D-glucopyranoside (9) , respectively. Conclusion Compounds 3 - 9 are firstly isolated from Litsea Lam. genus, and compounds 1 and 2 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
