人端粒酶逆转录酶基因的表观遗传学调控 被引量:1

摘要 人端粒酶逆转录酶(hTERT)是控制端粒酶活性的限制性成分。hTERT的表达受多种因素的调控,其中表观遗传学可通过DNA甲基化,组蛋白修饰及非编码RNA调控hTERT基因的表达。有关hTERT基因表达的表观遗传学研究近几年取得了较大进展。hTERT基因启动子区甲基化的状态、位点、作用及其临床意义,非编码RNA对hTERT基因的表达调控等已成为研究的热点。本文就表观遗传学对hTERT基因表达的调控作一综述。
